This position is responsible for supporting the sales training and development of high-performance HCP customer facing sales teams, as well as leading assigned projects and supporting general functions across the Sales Training Department.  This position will aid in projects involved in the delivery and development of HCP customer facing sales personnel by collaborating with commercial stakeholders and delivering necessary training based on aligned needs, with supervision. This position requires that you work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.

The North America Dexcom Sales Training Team is dedicated to delivering learning solutions that accelerate sales performance for our sales professionals in Canada and in the Us.

Where you come in:

  • You will be coordinating Field Sales Onboarding Training Programs which includes securing virtual meeting and Live meeting spaces, collaborating with Vendor partners on guest travel, lodging, and meal planning, etc.
  • You maintain the Sales Training Calendar and Inbox to ensure training program dates, agendas, conference rooms, and communications align to strategic plans and are accessible to appropriate parties.
  • You will develop and deploy Field Sales Onboarding communications, including orientation training schedule, pre-work requirements, post-training surveys, and leadership updates. Additionally, you will be assisting with meeting facilitation, such as on-site support during Live Training meetings and back-end meeting controls for virtual training sessions.
  • You will be negotiating vendor contracts on behalf of Dexcom with the assistance of our Procurement and Legal Departments.
  • You will manage training asset inventory, revise catalogs, and deploy Field Sales Welcome Kits while managing related budgets and billing processes.
  • You will interface with training vendors to manage purchase orders, invoices, and all BuyDesk and Basware processes.
  • You will support departmental meeting planning, including securing meeting spaces and any travel required. Ensure Meeting details are outlined and communicated with appropriate parties.

  • You are detail-oriented and organized while coordinating Field Sales Onboarding Programs in addition to Sales Training Department Meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within Dexcom and with external vendors.
  • You have project management experience. You efficiently balance multiple projects at once and manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Teams to assist with the production of virtual meetings for Field Sales Onboarding Programs.
  • You have experience in the health/life science field.

  • 15-25%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and a High School diploma / certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
