  • Skilled at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in planning, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving
  • Client-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs
  • Competent in using the MS Office suite
  • Exemplary in both verbal and written communication skills


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Execute processes according to defined workflows, including document and presentation templates, report preparation, material collection and storage, invoicing, cost verification, and revenue and profitability forecast validation with the delivery team
  • Cooperate with service requesters (CSLs & DDs) to meet their needs and expectations
  • Monitor process execution, ensuring the achievement of process goals
  • Support the CSLs team in performance tracking and assist with account development, including vacancies and market research, account development plan consolidation, and tracking action execution
  • Analyze financial results and provide recommendations
  • Collect and store process-related metrics and data for future analysis
  • Educate process stakeholders on process-related aspects, assisting CSLs and DDs with onboarding new subordinates (PM, CP, DD)
