Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high service performance and client satisfaction.
  • Offer insights and feedback on customer experiences to management for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development of customer service processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
