Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function well in a remote working environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
