Your Mission 🎯

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll provide a frictionless and engaging onboarding experience for our creators, understanding their unique needs and guiding them seamlessly through the initial stages of their journey with our platform.

What You'll Be Doing 🛠️

  • 6-Month Goal: Master the platform and work independently.
  • 12-Month Goal: Achieve high customer retention and deliver top-quality onboarding calls.
  • KPIs: Achieve a 10% retention rate for onboarded creators and a minimum CSAT score of 9.

Key Performance Objectives 🏆

  1. Seamless Onboarding: Conduct calls to ensure our creators are successfully onboarded and familiar with the platform.
  2. Customer Support: Handle support queries via email and assist creators with additional tasks, such as creating training materials and explainer videos.
  3. Customer Loyalty: Build strong relationships with creators, ensuring high engagement and loyalty.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Collect and share feedback to improve our products and services.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate 🌟

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, with hands-on experience in onboarding and supporting customers.
  • Problem-Solver: Thrive in a dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to brainstorm new ideas and processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of SaaS technologies, digital marketing, and scaling online presence strategies.
  • Customer-Centric: Empathy and customer-first mentality, with the ability to build customer loyalty.
  • Flexible: Willingness to work North American hours (3:00 PM CET - 12:00 AM CET).

  1. 30-60-90 Days: Learn the platform, understand creators' needs, and develop a short-term action plan.
  2. 6 Months: Master the platform and start working independently.
  3. 12 Months: Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction, becoming a trusted partner for our creators.
