Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating products and services, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide the best possible service and continually improve practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve service strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written); English proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to an international work environment.
