Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring satisfaction

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions to maintain service standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• No previous experience required; full training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
