Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to assist clients accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in training to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively manage diverse customer needs.
  • Able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • A friendly demeanor and a passion for assisting customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural adventure.
