Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to assist clients accurately.
Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvements.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively manage diverse customer needs.
Able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
A friendly demeanor and a passion for assisting customers.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural adventure.
