Looking for an effective, hands-on associate level Partner Manager to join our fast-growing team in Dallas area!

Are you a hands-on, goal-oriented sales professional ready to support partners and customers to build and secure their OT infrastructure? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to be a critical team member in rapidly scaling Tosibox to the next level? What you'll do: 

You'll play a crucial role in growing and supporting a set of distribution partners across North America. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with distribution partners to drive focus, collaborative programs and sales. 
  • Sales Support: Provide hands-on support to partners throughout the sales process, including training sessions and active participation in end-customer meetings. 
  • Pipeline Execution: Execute pipeline activities by tracking forecast data and ensuring consistent progress toward goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support partners effectively and drive initiatives. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key trends to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities. 

You will be an important part of our sales team, reporting to the Head of Channel Sales. You will work with modern development tools and methods. In addition to your own team, you will be supported by 70+ Tosiboxians across the globe.

We would love to hear about you if you have the following experience and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional. 
  • About 3-6 years of proven hands-on experience in channel management, partner support, or working directly for a distributor. 
  • A proven track record of building successful relationships. 
  • Understanding of channel sales tactics and best practices. 
  • Ability to grow sales at existing partners and obtain valuable new partners. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (native level).
