As part of this mission, our brand DataCandy, a leading provider of gift and loyalty software solutions, is at the forefront of this transformation. Our platform enables businesses to create powerful loyalty programs, manage gift card sales, and leverage data to elevate their customer experience—driving long-term growth and engagement.

We’re expanding, and we need a passionate and driven  Manager of Channel Partnerships to lead the charge. Are you ready to make an impact? If building strategic partnerships, driving results, and working with some of the biggest names in the industry excites you, then this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll help them unlock growth by integrating our solutions and building a seamless customer experience.

You won’t just be a liaison—you’ll be an advocate, a strategist, and the go-to person for these partnerships, bringing DataCandy’s innovative solutions to the forefront. Your ability to foster strong connections will directly contribute to driving lead generation and sales for both our partners and DataCandy.

Serve as the main point of contact for these partners, helping them understand and implement DataCandy’s solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to confidently refer leads and drive sales. Deliver training sessions and sales tools to enhance their engagement.
  • Sales Incentives Management: Design and manage partner sales incentives to motivate and reward successful referrals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets, and provide feedback to optimize results.
  • Co-Marketing and Engagement: Collaborate with marketing to create tailored email blasts, sales tools, and case studies to support partner activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to improve our programs and ensure they’re meeting the needs of all stakeholders.
Who You Are:
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at creating strong, meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders. You’re outgoing, personable, and comfortable building trust.
