This is a remote position.

Introduction:

SkillHat is a global training institute that provides skills-based and knowledge-driven courses, designed to help motivated individuals pivot into tech or advance within technology companies.  Our courses, including Business Analysis, Scrum, and Agile Project Management, Product management amongst others. These courses are delivered online through live instructors, allowing students from worldwide to participate virtually. We also provide comprehensive career support, from onboarding and training to job placement and career development.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & Communications Lead to spearhead our lead generation efforts through content marketing, paid advertising, and community engagement. This role demands a highly motivated self-starter who can develop a vision, craft a strategy, implement it, and produce high-quality leads for our growing business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various digital marketing platforms and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.


This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
  2. Manage content creation, social media engagement, and online advertising campaign teams.
  3. Set up and manage YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, and more, track campaigns and optimize for better performance.
  4. Track conversion and campaign performance using Google Tag Manager, Hyros, and other tools.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and development teams to integrate leads data into the CRM.
  6. Utilize tools like Zapier and Zoho Flow to automate workflows and improve data collection.
  7. Create and manage landing pages, forms, and other web assets using WordPress.
  8. Manage and optimize email communication, event registration, and video hosting for marketing efforts.
  9. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.





Requirements


  • 5 years of proven experience leading digital marketing, preferably in a lead generation-focused role and managing Adspend.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zoho CRM and automation tools such as Zapier.
  • Ability to create and manage websites and landing pages using WordPress and Zoho Sites.
  • Strong marketing analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience managing and optimizing funnels and conversion tracking systems.Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with great written and communication skills
