LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Digital Advertising Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible 8 working hours with 4 hours overlap, CST timezone

Salary Range: 1250 - 2500 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across Google, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, Walmart Marketplace, and Amazon to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of advertising performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust advertising budgets and bids to maintain cost-efficiency and achieve target KPIs.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and policy updates that may impact advertising strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support in digital advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, insights, and future recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4 to more than 10 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in navigating Google, Facebook (especially Meta), Instagram, TikTok, Walmart Marketplace, and Amazon platforms.
  • Significant experience with Facebook/Meta, which accounts for 80% of our ad spend.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with advertising durable products in e-commerce.
  • Previous experience with Shopify and Amazon advertising preferred.
