HOLYWATER was founded in early 2020 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since then we've managed to launch our trendsetting products which regularly appear in top charts and assembled a strong team of 100+ people.

HOLYWATER is an innovative, creative and challenging community.

COMPANY CULTURE

Our team is guided by six core values in our work: continuous growth, self-motivation, persistence and flexibility, self-awareness, freedom and responsibility, and a focus on results.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. Our book library app, Passion, became the #1 in its niche in the US and Europe in December.
2. We launched a video series platform based on our books and completed our first pilot series.
3. The number of new downloads and revenue nearly doubled compared to 2022.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We seek a driven and strategic Middle Content Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with content partners. Your focus will be on mid-sized and smaller content providers, helping us expand our content library and ensuring seamless delivery and integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development (BizDev): Build relationships with smaller and mid-sized content partners, preparing for the scalability of these partnerships over time.
  • Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with less prioritized partners, ensuring consistent communication and content alignment.
  • Partner Onboarding & Servicing: Support partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for content delivery and integration.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Proactively seek and onboard new partners to expand Holywater’s series/books portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in content acquisition, business development, or account management in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of content trends and competitor analysis in the digital entertainment space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing partnerships and servicing content providers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Independency in workflow; ability to find solutions quickly; “get the job done” mindset.
  • Advanced English is a must.

BENEFITS:

  • You will be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you can share knowledge and experience while receiving support and guidance from colleagues.
  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely from any safe location.
  • The option is to visit our offices in Kyiv (Podil), Warsaw, or Portugal. You won’t need to worry about routine tasks in the office—enjoy breakfasts, lunches, a wide variety of snacks, drinks, fruits, lounge areas, massages, and other benefits.
  • 20 working days of paid vacation per year and an unlimited number of sick days.
  • Access to a corporate doctor and, after the probation period, health insurance reimbursement.
  • The possibility of consulting with a psychologist.
  • Gym membership reimbursement and access to fitness classes to help you stay physically healthy and energized.
  • All the necessary work equipment.
  • Access to an online library, regular lectures from top-level speakers, reimbursement for conferences, training sessions, and external learning opportunities.
  • A professional internal community for your career development.
  • A culture of open feedback.

PROCESS:

1. Initial Screening: A recruiter will ask a few questions (via phone or messenger) to get an overview of your experience and skills before proceeding to the interview.
2. Test Assignment
: This step confirms your expertise and demonstrates the approaches, tools, and solutions you use in your work. We do not limit your time and never use candidate work without prior agreement.
3. Interview with the Manager:
An in-depth conversation about your professional competencies and the team you are applying to join.
4. Bar-Raising Interview:
In the final interview, we invite one of the top managers from the Genesis ecosystem who will not work directly with the candidate. The bar-raiser focuses on your soft skills and values to assess how quickly you can grow with the company.
