Our story started in West Yorkshire. With our Head Office and State-Of-The-Art manufacturing site still situated in Elland, we design, develop, test and deliver pioneering safety solutions in house. The Opportunity
As a New Business Development Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll be part of a field-based sales team dedicated to building new relationships with some of the biggest brands and securing new customers across various industries. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with globally recognized brands, connect with key stakeholders, and drive meaningful, impactful results. You’ll help us expand our market share, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the ambitious growth goals that have positioned A-SAFE as a true industry leader.
What we would like you to bring to our team:
- Fluent in Polish, strong English language skills
- A proven track record in a Business Development role.
- A self-starter with a passion for proactively seeking out and winning new business.
- The ability to overcome objections and identify solutions to help secure the sale, while remaining diplomatic and trustworthy at all times.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Working knowledge off CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- IT literate.
- A proven track record of sales negotiations and closing deals.
- Strong commercial awareness.
