Location:  Remote

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents: Utilize advanced threat detection tools to identify and mitigate potential threats, ensuring our systems remain secure.
  • Engage in proactive threat hunting: Identify hidden threats across our network through proactive threat-hunting techniques, addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Automate security processes: Implement and manage automation tools to streamline repetitive security tasks, improving response times and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on security strategies: Work alongside senior security engineers and IT teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments: Proactively assess networks and systems for vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Enhance threat intelligence: Stay up-to-date on current security trends and emerging threats, providing actionable insights to strengthen our defenses.

$70,000 - $75,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
