Position Overview 

We are seeking for a Business Manager with a focus on Sales and Marketing to join us! You will be guiding and inspiring a high-performance team to achieve functional objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.  

You will be spearheading the development and execution of business strategies focused on revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition, while managing e-commerce partnerships to optimize product visibility and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Craft and execute well-rounded business plans that cater to the market, with a strong emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
  • Build and nurture relationships with e-commerce platforms to enhance the placement, visibility, and success of our products.
  • Engage in thorough market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences. Leverage these insights to drive product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, operations, and product development—to ensure alignment on business objectives and propel the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze relevant data, and produce regular reports to assess business outcomes. Pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics that affect e-commerce operations. Take proactive steps to adjust strategies, mitigate risks, and seize new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, offering guidance, support, and training that cultivates a high-performance culture and drives the achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, tax obligations, and e-commerce policies governing operations in the United States. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness, foster networking opportunities, and explore new business ventures.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • More than 4 years of demonstrated experience in senior sales and marketing positions, emphasizing strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to reach ambitious targets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of U.S. market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
