About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Loans Sales Specialist/Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing product information, assistance, and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Actively contact customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop knowledge of company’s products, processes, and policies
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Manager and internal Operations departments, as needed
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Work experience Selling Loans, as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
  • You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)
