About the role

CommentSold, America’s #1 live selling SaaS platform is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. CommentSold currently has over 50 people based out of India and you will be joining this team working primarily to drive brand awareness, sales conversion, and customer engagement across social channels. The right candidate will be eager to create, strategically plan content and work towards mutual goals to meet business needs. If you’re wildly creative, systematic, strategic, comfortable being on camera, and love bringing a brand’s story to life, this will be the role for you.

Our ideal candidate is team-oriented, passionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a US based company or client focusing on the US market. You will report to the Head of Marketing, work closely with the broader marketing team, and partner with the creative team.

In this role you will

  • Have a strong familiarity and fundamental understanding of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok is optional
  • Have a pulse on the latest trends in fashion, social content, and pop culture
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand messaging and reach
  • Be responsible for executing and managing all social media campaigns while setting specific objectives and business goals for each campaign
  • Design, produce and execute social media content to align with business goals and campaign strategies, including the development of new social media and posting strategy for increased brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and user adoption
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing content calendar and craft campaigns across multiple platforms and products
  • Have experience and feel comfortable shooting, editing and designing content using brand guidelines and keeping business goals in mind
  • Develop reporting and measurement for social media campaigns, with a focus on impact (e.g., ROI, reach)
  • Maintain and track CommentSold’s public-facing social media platforms, including:
  • Communicating with followers, interacting and engaging with other accounts, reading and responding to queries in a timely manner, monitoring customer reviews and tagged content.

If you’re right for this role, you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in social media marketing; SaaS, B2B, and eCommerce experience preferred
  • Have a successful track record managing and creating social content for a tech/media company, fashion or beauty business
  • Have experience managing campaigns and creating content across various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Have experience ideating, creating, and editing various forms of content (e.g., Video, reels, static posts, ads)
  • Have significant experience working with influencers, managing collaborations, and leveraging influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Have the ability to optimize content, strategize, and drive results through social media content across all social channels
  • Have experience developing and implementing paid social campaigns, including performance monitoring and ad campaign optimization
  • Have a proven understanding of the social landscape, platform best practices, and a clear grasp of consumers’ social media habits
  • Have experience with social analytics and reporting across all platforms
  • Are results-oriented with the ability to develop relationships and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills; you’re a natural storyteller
  • Have experience with content editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Express
  • Have experience using social scheduling tools such as Later or Meta Business Suite
