Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics CE & Power Platform Consultant / Architect

In this senior role, you will provide both functional and technical expertise in the design, implementation, and optimisation of D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading complex projects from pre-sales through to deployment and ensuring that their business needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 CE/CRM and Power Platform projects from discovery and planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
  
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering and gap analysis with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
  
• Design and implement data integrations and migrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  
• Collaborate with offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of custom solutions and integrations.
  
• Provide guidance on best practices and governance, ensuring compliance with standards and effective use of the platform.
  
• Manage client relationships, offering strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Lead workshops and training for clients, ensuring users are equipped to leverage the platform post-implementation.
  
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and contributing to proposal development.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant/Architect specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
  
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  
• Experience working with offshore teams, managing distributed teams and coordinating across time zones.
  
• Proficient in solution architecture, customisation, and configuration within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
  
• Experience in data migration, integration techniques (Azure, SSIS, KingswaySoft, etc.), and development with Power Platform components.
  
• Ability to lead workshops, conduct requirements gathering, and perform business process analysis.
  
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to different project needs.
  
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, or related areas are highly desirable.
