Schedule:

  • Full-time, flexible hours - but will need to communicate to the client sometime between 6am to 10pm CST (9 hour day, 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Job Description

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll spearhead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on crafting compelling content and implementing innovative strategies to boost our online presence. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a passionate team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Your role will be crucial in elevating our brand awareness, engaging with our upscale clientele, and driving business growth through various social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to amplify brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Create eye-catching, on-brand content for various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram
  • Implement and manage a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement
  • Design and run innovative social media contests and campaigns to boost follower growth and interaction
  • Analyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to guide strategy refinement
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to capture and communicate the company’s unique voice and expertise
  • Manage customer interactions on social platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, continuously exploring and implementing new best practices
  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to complement social media efforts
  • Transform social media engagement into tangible sales leads and conversions


Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the home fashion or interior design industry
  • Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting and visual design
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in social media metrics and reporting
  • Capability to work within U.S. Central Standard Time zone
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Passion for home design and ability to translate complex design concepts into engaging social content
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional digital marketing initiatives as needed
