Mission:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This role involves creating engaging content across digital platforms, streamlining marketing processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of our social media and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Tasks:
• Monitor and respond to marketing inboxes, Slack channels, and other inquiries.
• Prepare and curate reports for clients and the team.
• Host weekly marketing team meetings to review ongoing work and allocate tasks.
• Optimize and document processes, building a knowledge base for the marketing department.
• Ensure efficient time and task management while maintaining high-quality standards. Report tasks needing attention.
Social Media Management:
• Create and manage social media accounts for clients.
• Engage with social media audiences for both client accounts and the company’s internal portfolio.
• Develop, schedule, and post engaging content, including written copy, images, and video.
• Research and deploy AI technology (as approved) to enhance content quality and speed, while ensuring AI does not replace research and human oversight.
• Strategize and manage social media content schedules.
Digital Marketing Tasks:
• Write copy for blogs, social posts, and email marketing.
• Create and schedule monthly email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Research and develop digital marketing assets, including blogs, social posts, and email content.
• Collaborate with the Growth Expert on tasks aligned with key objectives.
• Ensure transparent time tracking and adherence to marketing deadlines.

Requirements:
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience (agency-level preferred) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
