What you’ll be doing…

The Consumer Integrated Marketing organization is responsible for amalgamating all integrated consumer marketing initiatives across Verizon Consumer Group, Marketing organizations, and Field organizations. This role will sit under the Operations pillar which is responsible for the overarching Integrated Marketing/Go To Market processes, workflow, tools and planning.

This Senior Integrated Marketing Operations Manager will be a multifaceted individual who will lead and/or support key executive leadership meetings, support executive communications, assist with national/local workflows and process optimizations, and drive the quality and effectiveness of internal initiatives. 
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish, maintain and evolve measurements to quantify and drive efficacy of projects within and throughout the Verizon Consumer Group marketing process

  • Provide data driven insights to stakeholders/teams to improve decision-making

  • Identify short and long term optimizations to strategically enhance the marketing process and workflows through transformation initiatives that tie into business objectives

  • Support executive alignment of local/national marketing prioritization, sponsor reviews of marketing execution assets/plans, and cross-functional approval communications across the partner organizations

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing project stakeholders to ensure timely management of agendas, brief/creative reviews, content, and presenters for key marketing alignment forums

  • Learn and use our systems and workflow tools (Google Drive, Smartsheets, Adobe Workfront, etc.) to manage, maintain, automate new projects ingestion into the Integrated Marketing/Go To Market workflow 

  • Support the Integrated Marketing Operations organization to drive critical meetings, requests and deliverables for senior leadership as well as strengthen team culture by supporting team’s All Hands meetings and Volunteer events

 

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience or six or more years of relevant work experience in transformation, operational process improvement, process engineering in marketing and/or related industry

  • Ability to think strategically and drive the business forward with new ideas
     

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA

  • Proven ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Results-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the management and work with diverse teams

  • Strong knowledge of Google Productivity Applications and Microsoft Word / Powerpoint.

  • Strong presentation design skills as well as strong analytical and reporting skills with the experience and ability to find new solutions to capture information and data

  • Experience in establishing and communicating marketing effectiveness metrics, reporting and analytics

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
