What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors, to join our small-but-mighty marketing team. This role requires a problem solver, who enjoys both executing and serving as an internal consultant pairing with engineers and stakeholders to translate highly-technical work into demand-generating collateral.

You will contribute to marketing strategy, branding, and communications. Create and execute content, advertising, copy, social media, multimedia collateral, PR, Thought Leadership, podcasts, webinars, and events.

This role will report to our CRO and join the current Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist. This person will also work closely with our Client Principals, Operations Manager, PeopleOps team, and engineering consultants.

  • Responsibilities
  • Industry knowledge of marketing tactics and strategy, PR, direct marketing / events, communications, and branding to drive demand generation and conversions
  • Develop and own campaigns/initiatives end-to-end that align and enhance our current GTM, brand, and marketing strategy
  • Accountable for metrics, analyzes data, and effectively uses evidence to understand the market and influence stakeholders
  • Drive innovations and collaborate on existing digital marketing, product marketing, content creation, branding, and processes
  • Create promotional and collateral materials (both internal and external), including website content, presentation materials, social media, briefs, and email
  • Ensure that all copy is optimized for SEO across website, blog content, and social media; best practices to maximize reach and performance
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, back-office teams, and client-facing consultants & engineers
  • Provide recommendations for and own relationships with external vendors, tools, and services

  • Requirements
  • Skilled in multiple marketing domains
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, creative, and collaborative 
  • Magician-level skills with tools/MarTech, especially Adobe Creative Suite, CRM (Hubspot a plus), and Figma (a plus)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Effective planning, organizing and communication skills
  • Very familiar with Google Workspace tools (especially Google Slides)
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns/projects

  • Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and company bonus
  • Base salary: $80,000-120,000 
  • Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
  • Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel 4-8 times a year
