Job Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to join our dynamic APAC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and improvements in our employee listening, learning and organisational development initiatives.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to track and optimise team outcomes and enhance organisational performance. This role will report to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development but will support activities across the Talent, Leadership and Learning (TLL) function.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate SEEK’s bi-annual employee engagement surveys, including question design, platform setup, communications, stakeholder engagement, survey execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding surveys and facilitate the introduction of an employee listening framework
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to Talent, Leadership and Learning initiatives, programs and employee listening activities
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from talent, succession and learning data to inform decision-making
  • Support learning content production (either virtual, in-person or hybrid) that contributes to a positive learner experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in setting up and conducting employee engagement surveys in large organisations is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, psychology, or a related field
  • Several years of proven experience in learning analytics, data analysis, or related fields
  • Proficiency in statistical software and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically about data to deliver valuable insights that support decision-making
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
