Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and provide information about online orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and service targets.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
