What Will You Do?

As a Customer Service Representative at Specsavers you will:

  • Help customers via phone, Live Chat and email with questions about orders
  • Handle phone calls from stores and register them correctly in our ticket system
  • Always strive to provide top customer service.
  • Work according to the prescribed procedures within the project
  • Possibly advance to the Social Media or Dedicated Service Team
  • Collaborate with other team players and communicate effectively through various channels
  • Meet set targets.

What do you bring to the team?

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and can be trained in English
  • You are punctual and reliable.
  • You have experience with computers and CRM-systems and can work with them simultaneously
  • You are proactive in developing your knowledge of our services, procedures and products
  • You are customer friendly, patient and can help dissatisfied customers professionally and positively
  • You are open to a vibrant work environment.

What do we offer?

  • Competitive salary of €19200 gross per year, plus up to €1800 gross per year in bonuses
  • Paid training and vacation (4 weeks + 4 separate days per calendar year)
  • Full Spanish contract from day one. (giving you immediate benefits within the Spanish government systems, such as free healthcare etc)
  • Possibility to work from home anywhere in Spain.
  • Alternating working hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00 (at least two free weekends per month)
