Job description

Currently we are looking for an experienced  Google Ads Manager who will join Marketing Development team of Mira Development. The candidate must have experience working with various types of campaigns, analytical tools, and optimization for key performance indicators. The main tasks will be related to launching new campaigns and optimizing existing advertising campaigns, as well as analyzing their effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads (search, display, video, remarketing, etc.).
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA).
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop advertising creatives and strategy.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the results of advertising campaigns using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Monitoring and managing advertising budgets, suggesting improvements to increase ROI.
  • Testing new strategies, ad formats, and target audience segments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads
  • Experience of effective work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with various ad formats (search, display, video, etc.).
  • Understanding of targeting algorithms and Google Ads auction.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, analyze, and make decisions based on numbers.
  • Skill in effectively managing budget and time.
