Job description

Omni Channel Solutions Product Marketing Manager shall spearhead compelling marketing strategies for our client's products to help grow their brand. Your role will require the use of AI technology to better understand market trends and user needs, and to craft compelling product narratives, drive product positioning, and integrated go-to-market campaigns.

You will operate at the crossroads of product development, marketing, and sales, tasked with developing and executing a strategic marketing roadmap tailored to a specific product. Success in this role hinges on collaborating with various teams across departments throughout the entire product life cycle.

DAILY TASKS

  • Lead and implement marketing strategies for new product launches.

  • Collaborate with various departments to craft compelling marketing collateral, including product narratives and messaging, and thought leadership content that resonates with customers and reflects the client's brand voice.

  • Leverage AI tools to improve and optimize product marketing efforts and user targeting.

  • Launch multiple products to drive user engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue growth.

  • Conduct thorough market research studies, including data insights and analytics, consumer behavior, market trends in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with various departments such as marketing and sales teams and equip them with the tools and knowledge to effectively sell the client's brand.

  • Develop and deliver insightful presentations to communicate product strategies and updates to key stakeholders.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and continuously optimize and refine product marketing campaigns based on performance metrics to improve effectiveness and ROI (Return on Investment).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent; having an MBA is a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills using American English

  • Proven background and experience in product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches.

  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior and knowledge of AI tools to optimize performance

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to create impactful marketing collateral

  • Proficient in various Microsoft applications, presentation tools, and analytic platforms for data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of driving user adoption, revenue growth, and brand affinity by conducting thorough market research and utilizing analytics tools to gather insights.
