Your missions

As a Market Research Specialist, you have a strong background in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and data interpretation to provide insights that can drive business strategies and improve customer satisfaction. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a strategically-driven mindset to help with decision-making processes.

You are extremely focused, highly organized individual, and an exceptional communicator. You have a high degree of intellect in math, logic, and sound business acumen.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' strategies as you will assess an organizations market position to strategically promote its products and services by studying competitors, their marketing strategies, and gathering consumer insights. Your role is pivotal in guiding strategic decision-making and helping improve marketing and sales initiatives for our client's growth and success. You will also be utilizing AI technology to optimize productivity and research outcomes.

DAILY TASKS

  • Perform primary and secondary market research into consumer preferences, market trends, and growth opportunities for the client

  • Execute data collection methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to obtain relevant data and better understand target audiences

  • Analyze and provide insights on competitors' positioning to ensure strategic decision-making

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as the marketing, sales, and product development teams, to ensure alignment of research findings with business strategies

  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for client success 

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance market research processes and data analytics

  • Implement marketing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Keep up-to-date on emerging trends and forecast future market conditions and potential impacts on business using the latest research methodologies and data analysis tools to provide accurate insights

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail market research with a proven track record of conducting comprehensive market research projects.

  • Having certifications in Market Research and Data Analytics is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills using American English.

  • Knowledgeable in using AI tools to enhance research outcomes.

  • Technical proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS), data visualization tools, and survey platforms.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent analytical skills to deliver actionable insights

  • Advanced skills in creating and delivering presentations to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations. 

  • Skilled in utilizing diverse research methodologies and tools for effective data collection and analysis.
