Job Summary
This position has comprehensive responsibility for sales activities in Hanoi region to ensure achieving target.
General Responsibilities

• Establish, manage an effective and practical call plan in cooperation with Sales representative: review call plan monthly

• Build good relationship with KOLs , Customers and wholesalers in responsibility areas

• Analyzing sales result

• Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customer in responsibility areas

• Set up sales target & follow-up the realization of Sales Rep target

• Up-date all information: company sales policy, product knowledge, price, promotion campaign...;

• Organize weekly, monthly meeting with Sales Rep to review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution;

• Evaluate Sales Rep performance and give necessary training to Sales Rep (product knowledge, selling skill...) to improve and develop their competence.

• Report to Regional Sales Manager

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in similar position

• Good at planning, leadership skills

• Good in English

• Good command in office computer skill

• To monitor and back check areas' performance in Provinces

Education

• Graduate from Pharmacy/Medical or Economic University
