JOB PURPOSE
The IT Intern is responsible for supporting Companjon’s Tech team with the management and optimization of the entire IT Infrastructure as well as the relationship with the external technology provider.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will do as an IT Intern in Companjon 
  • Supporting the IT team with the implementation, configuration, management, and improvement of Companjon systems
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working correctly. Troubleshooting hardware and software when necessary
  • Device lifecycle management including procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance and deprovisioning
  • Technical onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Working closely with our Tech partners to ensure the overall IT infrastructure is running efficiently and in line with Companjon’s standards
  • Assist in the reporting of key KPIs to the management team
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
What you will need to succeed 
  • Current or recent graduate
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or IT related degree
  • Good problem-solving skills to allow you to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
  • Familiar with the following technologies: Python and React, API Design and Data Fundamentals
  • Nice to have: understanding of information security best practices

  • Effective collaboration across a range of Stakeholders within and external to the Insurance team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
