Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance our innovative team remotely. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, emphasizing the development of impactful internal and external communications that amplify our brand’s presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance our email communication platform to ensure a cohesive brand representation and high-quality messaging across all company and agent interactions, including writing and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for diverse communications, including public relations materials, newsletters, press releases, company announcements, website content, and marketing collateral for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and training support to agents and administrative teams through our help desk platform, adhering to departmental protocols.
  • Coordinate marketing events and promotions, providing clear direction and support to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage database coordination and undertake reporting and special project assignments as needed.
  • Utilize design tools to create compelling graphics and training materials.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint) and cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams), preferably in a Mac environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid grasp of journalism principles and business correspondence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Experience in graphic design using programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a self-motivated approach to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
