We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Coordinator for a full-time, direct hire position. This pivotal role is essential for the management and enhancement of our SAP Material Master database, ensuring data accuracy, and providing vital support across various organizational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processes for maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and deactivating SAP Material Master data in accordance with established governance protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with IT and business units to uphold the accuracy and integrity of SAP Material Master data.
• Provide comprehensive training and guidance on Material Master processes, underlining the significance of this data across multiple SAP functions.
• Generate material codes and assign corresponding UPC codes in line with global standards.
• Communicate consistently with diverse teams to manage updates in Material Master data.
• Conduct periodic extractions and reviews of SAP data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
• Offer insights on new requirements for various goods and resolve related issues.
• Stay current on SAP, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution systems, understanding their interaction with Material Master data.
• Serve as a backup for other master data functions as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana is essential.
• Familiarity with tools such as Winshuttle, SharePoint, IPS, and ServiceNow.
• Thorough understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to lead and assist in various projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in roles such as SAP Master Data Coordinator, Analyst, or Specialist.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in Enterprise SAP environments, collaborating seamlessly with both onsite and remote teams.
• Knowledge of global supply chain and data governance standards.
