Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships? This position involves pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. We value collaboration and clear communication; hence, we seek someone who excels at both working independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Expertise in managing customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Comfort with high-touch client interactions and strong interdepartmental communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a competitive spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Professionalism and good judgment, along with a proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry shows, publications, directories, and internal leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients across various organizational levels.
  • Conduct engaging online and face-to-face sales presentations, strategy sessions, and post-show follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Navigate office and customer relationships skillfully to foster repeat business and detailed project requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and manage all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on post-show invoicing and collections.
