Key Responsibilities

In this rewarding role within our supportive call center environment, you will have the opportunity to embark on a career in financial services. Regardless of your prior experience, our comprehensive paid training program will equip you with a solid foundation and continuous coaching to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding service for customers' retirement savings accounts.
  • Educating and empowering clients without engaging in cold calling or sales.
  • Communicating significant updates and modifications to plans.
  • Processing contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Assisting customers with general account modifications as required.
  • Engaging in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
  • An associate degree or higher, along with at least one year of customer service experience (in sectors such as food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking), or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Willingness to work overtime based on business needs.
