Key Responsibilities

Required

Embark on your financial services career in our supportive call center setting! No prior experience required! You will receive a robust foundation through our comprehensive paid training program, coupled with ongoing coaching to facilitate your success in your role and career advancement. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding service for our customers' retirement savings accounts.
  • Educating and empowering customers without the pressure of cold calling or sales tactics.
  • Communicating vital updates and modifications to plans.
  • Processing contribution alterations, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Managing general account modifications as requested by customers.
  • Preparing for FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing opportunities through training.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and regulations.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Adaptability in communication style to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.

  • An associate degree or higher, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience in relevant fields, or two or more years of customer service experience.
