Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Finance Officer with middle-level experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise payment to contractors.
• Maintain and update payroll records, with a potential transition to in-house management.
• Contribute to budget development and monitoring.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (audit experience preferred).
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP) and strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CBA) is advantageous.
