Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Account Manager to join our team and take on a crucial role in overseeing operations within cardiovascular clinics. In this key position, you will work in tandem with Sales Representatives and Field Clinical Representatives to foster practice development and ensure optimal utilization of our innovative products and services. Your contributions will be vital in cultivating and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, empowering them to meet and surpass their performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned cardiovascular clinics, facilitating the effective implementation and use of our product and service solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Clinical Teams to drive growth and enhance the performance of the practices we support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the utilization of our remote patient monitoring systems and medical devices within clinics to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop customized strategies to improve practice performance, providing ongoing assistance to help practices achieve their unique goals.
  • Deliver training and educational resources to healthcare professionals, promoting product adoption and effective application.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct data analysis on clinic performance, delivering regular insights to management while identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure that all clinic activities and product implementations adhere to company policies, as well as industry and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cardiovascular care, medical devices, or remote patient monitoring technologies is an asset.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in cardiology and established relationships with practices is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the medical device, healthcare, or cardiovascular sectors.
