Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient and driven Executive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to a visionary business leader, balancing both professional initiatives and personal life coordination. This full-time remote position is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced, high-growth settings and possess experience in assisting executives across complex industries, including technology, aerospace, defense, or artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and project management assistance, including tasks related to accounting, finance, and human resources (training available if needed).
  • Act as the principal contact for the executive concerning sensitive and urgent issues, exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and to-do lists, ensuring they are well-informed of all upcoming obligations.
  • Oversee project management by tracking tasks and deliverables, coordinating meetings, and supplying regular updates on critical business matters.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa requirements, with potential for accompanying the executive on short notice.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, keeping the executive informed on business dynamics and ensuring their preparedness for meetings and events.
  • Plan and execute executive team meetings, staff retreats, and other corporate gatherings.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and organize information for presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication competencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
