How you can make a difference

 

Reporting to the Director, Consumer Marketing, this role will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive breakthrough awareness and demand for HealthEquity’s consumer directed benefit products. The role will work with a broad cross-functional team to test and learn new approaches to deliver measurable results using an omni channel approach including digital marketing and other channels.

 

The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, comfortable communicating across many audiences, and able to project manage multiple campaigns within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new campaign ideas, testing and experimenting with channels and approaches, tracking/reporting results, and optimizing to meet defined performance metrics. You’ll support both member expansion and retention activities with an eye toward improving benefit literacy and increasing account lifetime value.  We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successful campaign experimentation.

 

What you’ll be doing 

 

  • Strategic Innovation: Implement a test and learn discipline across all touchpoints to learn, refine and scale innovative initiatives that generate top performance against business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute B2C campaigns and go-to-market strategies to increase member activation and engagement across HealthEquity’s products. Includes managing end to end campaign activities, external agency relationships, and internal resources to ensure optimal deployment of creative resources and channels.
  • Enablement: Provide internal member engagement expertise to client-facing teams through ongoing enablement and training.
  • Measurement: Partner with analytics support to build reporting mechanisms. Monitor and own success metrics and deploy real-time interventions as needed.  Ability to meet specific KPIs to advance success.
  • Efficiency: Lead strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence at scale.

 

What you will need to be successful

 

  • Customer-first orientation and a burning desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our members
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a related Marketing or campaign management role
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, nurture best practices, customer advocacy, and campaign creation
  • Strong competency in digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Consumer directed benefits, healthcare, or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communicator - experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Data and analytical skills - using and interpreting consumer data to quantify and improve marketing results
  • Project management skills - create, execute, measure, and adjust plans as needed.

Salary Range: $96500.00 To $149000.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
