Bitsight is seeking an experienced marketer to execute EMEA marketing programs, working closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to educate, engage and excite prospects in our target segments. This position will report to the Director of EMEA Marketing in our Revenue Marketing organization.
This role requires experience marketing to organizations with revenues of $100M and up, as well as cross-team and organizational collaboration, and will partner internally with Product Marketing, SDRs, Sales, Enablement, and third-party vendors to implement integrated and targeted marketing programs on time, on budget, and with measurable results. Success will be measured by pipeline and ARR in our defined market segments.
Please note this is a Parental Leave Cover, we expect the contract to last for 6 to 10 months.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Define, execute, and refine regional marketing plans to generate new logo leads and qualified opportunities as Bitsight moves up-market in EMEA.
Collaborate on global campaigns to tailor and execute results-focused, holistic campaigns, both direct and with partners.
Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
Work with Product Marketing to develop targeted content mapped to the buyer’s journey and tailored to the audience.
Deliver leads using a multi-channel approach that includes digital, webinars, nurture programs, events and trade shows, webinars, social amplification and other tactics as appropriate.
Gather and share industry and account intelligence, including buying groups and intent signals. Research organizations and prospects' roles to create a penetration strategy.
Partner closely with the Director of EMEA Marketing and the sales team to craft 1:few and 1:many Account Based Experience (ABX) campaigns to engage target accounts that meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.
Serve as a key marketing liaison and point person for the regional sales organization to align on account targeting and response to marketing campaigns in-region. Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team on both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
Ensure SDRs have the messaging, content, and materials they need to effectively engage leads and contacts within established SLAs.
Lead ongoing account check-ins with the sales team to ensure account goals, key contacts, and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications.
Own the entire process of event program execution including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker acquisition, management, logistics and booth attendance, budget reconciliation, etc.
Where appropriate, extend programs to our Channel and Reseller partners, working with the Channel team.
Qualifications
4+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on enterprise account growth in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role
Experience in the cybersecurity industry strongly preferred
Experience with Demandbase or equivalent platform
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Very analytical and data-driven approach to demand generation with the ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI
Comfortable to function with confidence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Competent in all areas of marketing including strategy, plans, sales enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation
Aptitude for leveraging digital marketing, digital advertising, and sales acceleration tools and technologies
Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts
Experience with building and carrying out account-based marketing programs
Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate revenue
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially Sales
A strong understanding and measurable track record of enterprise-focused integrated marketing programs
BA/BS degree or equivalent
