We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Manager of Trade Marketing to lead our retail marketing efforts and oversee the execution of co-branded initiatives, product launches, and 360° marketing campaigns. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing to drive impactful strategies that grow both our retail presence and product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of beauty marketing experience, a strong expertise in retail marketing, and a commitment to wellness in both our products and work environment.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Trade Marketing will be responsible for leading trade marketing efforts with retail partners and managing product marketing strategies. You’ll oversee co-branded marketing initiatives, product launches, and 360° marketing campaigns that drive both retail sales and brand growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies in both digital and in-store channels.

Requirements

  • Lead co-branded marketing initiatives and manage merchandising strategies, timelines, and execution across digital and in-store channels with top retail partners.
  • Oversee the development, submission, and execution of in-store displays, marketing assets, and brand representation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Manage and optimize brand representation on retailer websites, ensuring product pages, headers, and content are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare presentation decks and templates, gathering and synthesizing data from key stakeholders.
  • Lead brand presence at major trade shows and events, managing execution and representation.
  • Track, report, and manage budgets for key trade marketing projects.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects supporting the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for new product launches, from market research and competitive analysis to defining unique selling propositions, claims, pricing, and packaging. Ensure market readiness with compelling concepts and category growth stories.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns, overseeing planning, creative briefs, and timelines to ensure timely and effective execution across all platforms.
  • Manage the product portfolio for core items and sets/bundles, optimizing pricing, positioning, claims, and packaging to drive market share growth.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify trends and recommend strategies for growth and adaptation within the skincare category.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of beauty marketing experience within skincare or body care.
  • Strong expertise in retail marketing with experience building and executing programs with key retail partners, including Ulta.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results with a self-starter mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for leading innovative, game-changing initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Enthusiasm for our products, willingness to engage in team activities, and a positive, fun attitude towards work.

Compensation

Base salary range: $95,000–$145,000. The actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including experience and skill level.
