Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a Deal Desk process at the ABBYY working cross functionally across the various stakeholder groups including sales, legal, sales operations, order fulfillment, finance and product marketing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ABBYY’s licensing and pricing models to provide deal structuring guidelines and ensure that all deals align with corporate strategies and guidelines.
  • Assist with non-standard deal requests, structuring sophisticated deals, driving cross-functional and cross solution teamwork to accelerate deal cycles and ensure revenue recognition requirements are handled.
  • Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness via forecast calls, deal reviews, early checkpoint and enforcement of standard business practices and policies.
  • Drive enhancements to the quote-to-order processes and policies.
  • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in finance or similar;
  • 3+ years experience in contract management preferably with deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing multi-national company;
  • Fluent written & spoken English (advanced (C1));
  • Other languages (German, French, Japanese) as a plus;
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Apttus/Conga CPQ & CLM is a plus;
  • Advanced PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
  • Clear business focus and proven track record in structuring commercial negotiations;
  • Team-oriented mindset with highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships with diverse audiences;
  • Excellent business correspondence skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; able to multitask;
  • Attentive to details, punctual and diligent with deliverables and deadlines.
