Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 7 AM – 4 PM EST

Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager in the home design and construction space, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their home building journey. You will guide clients from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment with customer vision. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by answering inquiries, managing revisions, and overseeing the timely delivery of custom home plans.

By fostering strong relationships and managing client expectations, you will drive both operational efficiency and customer loyalty. Your responsiveness and ability to resolve client concerns will contribute to smooth project workflows, helping the company maintain its high growth and strong reputation in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management & Guidance
- Partner with customers to understand their home vision and guide them through the design and building process.
- Respond to client inquiries about products and services in a straightforward and informative manner.
- Facilitate the client journey by ensuring transitions between each phase of the project, from consultation to design approval.
2. Project Coordination & Collaboration
- Work with designers, architects, and engineers to translate customer desires into customized home plans.
- Ensure customer revisions are incorporated and communicated across the team.
- Monitor project progress, coordinating resources to meet deadlines and deliver construction drawings.
3. Budget Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and communicated to clients.
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout the design process to meet standards.
- Use Shopify to manage transactions, customer communications, and workflow integrations.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of customer service or project coordination experience in construction or design.
- Proficient in using Shopify or similar platforms for customer management.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Experience collaborating with designers, architects, and engineers.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
