Client Success Coordinator - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with us. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams to oversee the client journey from onboarding through to program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team to grasp and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Respond proactively to client inquiries via email and digital platforms, ensuring timely communication.
  • Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with clients while consistently showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Develop and oversee client programs in Salesforce, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Analyze client feedback and propose actionable recommendations for campaign enhancement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review campaign performance and share insightful strategies for improvement.
  • Onboard new clients, presenting strategic reviews to align on business goals and performance metrics.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver innovative solutions to client challenges.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in maintaining communication with clients through digital channels such as Slack, email, and Zoom.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities across various projects.
