About The Role

We're looking for a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly internal docs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers and product/ program managers to gather technical information and translate it into comprehensive concepts, procedures, and guides to enhance internal collaboration. This role requires strong writing skills, experience in information architecture, and the ability to interview and rally internal stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of Technical Writing experience.
• 5+ years of total technical experience (including Technical Writing).
• Skilled in communicating technical content accurately and clearly.
• Skilled in interviewing and gathering information from subject matter experts.
• Adept at working across multiple functional teams.
• Experience with information architecture for large doc sets.
• Experience with API documentation and internal engineering documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient with HTML, Markdown, Git, and command-line tools.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality technical content in plain language to accelerate internal teams
• Define and assist in the development of internal concepts, structures, and products
• Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and API documentation
• Proactively review and update documentation to reflect changes in products, services, and procedures
