Scrum Master with Data Analysis Expertise

Location : Remote / On-site (TBD)

Project : Army Change Data Capture (CDC) solution for SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks

We are supporting our client in seeking a Junior Scrum Master cum Data Analyst to coordinate the project deliverables for the Army CDC project. This position requires a blend of project management and data validation skills. The candidate will work closely with our client and Booz Allen teams to ensure the timely delivery of CDC solutions, and validate real-time data replication between SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks environments.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodology.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
Perform data validation of replicated data across SAP HANA, AWS RDS PostgreSQL, and Databricks.
Write SQL queries to verify data accuracy and consistency.
Use Python scripts for more advanced data validation and manipulation.
Ensure that data replication is consistent with Army ERP systems and meets project requirements.
Provide regular project status updates to our client and Booz Allen leadership.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Scrum Master roles or project management in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) processes and real-time data replication.
Proficiency in SQL and Python to perform data validation and analysis.
Familiarity with SAP HANA , AWS RDS PostgreSQL , and Databricks environments is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Agile or Scrum Master certification (CSM or similar).
Experience working in government or military-related projects.
Knowledge of Qlik Replicate for data replication tasks.
