Qualifications and Skills

Proven track record in Agile Methodologies, mastering agile frameworks and practices (Mandatory skill).
Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning, demonstrating hands-on expertise with the platform (Mandatory skill).
Strong Scrum Facilitation skills, effectively managing and leading scrum ceremonies (Mandatory skill).
Proficient in using Jira for project tracking, ensuring streamlined sprint planning and execution.
Experienced in using Confluence for documentation, ensuring systematic and organized information sharing.
