Kyle "KC" Holiday is an entrepreneur and CEO coach who helps founders, CEOs, and executives of million-dollar brands maximize the value of their businesses and create long-term success. His largest focus right now is The Daily Mentor, a 500-member mentorship program where he serves as CEO, alongside various other coaching engagements that drive business growth and personal development.

We are looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant who aligns with our core values: Maintain Relentless Progress, Build the Ark, Be You for the Few, and Systems Enable Scale. This role will require someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can keep KC focused and organized, and is eager to take on a variety of tasks.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Slack communication and organizing notifications for members
  • Sending meeting notes to CEO's after coaching calls
  • Managing KC's email and calendar, including coordinating work and family events
  • Approving and sending business invoices
  • Handling personal tasks such as paying bills and coordinating home services
  • Supporting social media content and reviewing performance for growth
  • Sending emails through ConvertKit
  • Managing tasks and ensuring priorities are maintained in ClickUp
  • Setting up meetings with mentors for the community
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff and HR-related tasks

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, providing regular updates and avoiding any guesswork
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems without waiting for direction
  • Collaborative and open to sharing ideas and working with others
  • Patient and adaptable, able to work effectively under pressure
  • Outgoing, assertive, witty, and fun
  • A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and ensures tasks and priorities stay on track
  • A hard worker who thrives in a flexible environment with high expectations
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and software

Experience with the following tools is a plus:

  • ClickUp
  • Superhuman (Gmail)
  • Fantastical (Google Calendar)
  • ConvertKit

Position Details:

  • This is a Remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position will be 15-20 hours per week
  • Monday - Thursday, flexible hours between 9 am - 6 pm EST
  • The pay rate is $25/hour USD
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required (2-3 times a year)
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
