As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in propelling our client’s dual-focus business to new heights. You’ll be at the forefront of lead generation, utilizing social media outreach and cold calling strategies to expand our junk removal services and identify lucrative real estate opportunities. This position offers a unique blend of digital marketing, sales, and administrative tasks, providing you with diverse experience in two thriving industries. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead lead generation through targeted Facebook Marketplace messaging for junk removal services
  • Execute cold calling campaigns to property managers and real estate agents, expanding our junk removal client base
  • Conduct strategic cold calls to identify potential house sellers for real estate investment opportunities
  • Manage and optimize client-provided contact lists for both business verticals
  • Utilize online dialer software to efficiently conduct outreach efforts
  • Track activities and maintain clear communication channels with the business owner
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and potentially increasing workload


Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Facebook and other social media platforms for business outreach
  • Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or eagerness to learn quickly
